Sketch Released of Arlington Heights Tanning Salon Robber: Police
The Palm Beach Tan salon was robbed twice in October.

The Arlington Heights Police Department is investigating two armed robberies at Palm Beach Tan in October.
The first robbery occurred on Oct. 17 at 1:35 p.m. when a suspect entered the salon at 381 E. Palatine Road and displayed a handgun concealed in the waist band of his pants. He demanded money and got away with $27, according to the Daily Herald.
On Oct. 31 at 7:45 p.m., police said the same offender entered the salon and approached the sales counter. He provided the last name of “Benjamin,” which the clerk could not locate in the computer system, according to an Arlington Heights Police Department Facebook post.

He displayed a knife and got away with $100, according to the Daily Herald.
