Power Outage Cancels Classes at Wheeling High School

A power outage forced officials to cancel classes this morning at Wheeling High School, according to a District 214 press release. 

Students were dismissed around 9:20 a.m. Wednesday, according to the news release. This is the second time this year the school had to cancel classes due to a power outage, according to the Daily Herald. 

District 214 parents and students are encouraged to check the district's website after noon on Wednesday for information on after-school activities, athletic events and programs.
