ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND

  • Nicholas B. Akogu, 25, of the 4500 block of N. Greenview Ave, Chicago, had an in-state warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 5:20 p.m. April 16, in the 20 block of W. Algonquin Road, Arlington Heights.
  • Robert Clayton Muller, 44, of the 400 block of N. Crestwood Avenue, McHenry, had two warrants for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 7:45 p.m. April 10, in the 10 block of W. Algonquin Road, Arlington Heights.
  • Juan M. Quino Chagala, 23, of the 1100 block of E. Algonquin Road, Arlington Heights, had multiple warrants for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 1:33 p.m. April 13, in the 1100 block of E. Algonquin Road, Arlington Heights.
  • Romualdo Suarez, 54, of the 700 block of Woodfern Drive, Pingree Grove, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 8:47 p.m. April 11, in the 2300 block of S. Arlington Heights Road.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Bek Nazarbekov, 30, of the 700 block of E. Northwest Highway, Des Plaines, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, two counts of speeding, illegal transportation of alcohol by driver, and was arrested at 3:41 a.m. April 13, in the 1600 block of N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights. He was released and assigned a court date of April 28.
  • Piotr Policha, 56, of the 2400 block of Eastman Street, Rolling Meadows, is accused of DUI alcohol, DUI alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 3:16 p.m. April 16, in the 500 block of W. Euclid Avenue.

Nicholas D. Bean, 30, of the 800 block of Old Checker Road, Buffalo Grove, is accused of theft of labor, and was arrested at 5:05 p.m. April 11, in the 1900 block of N. Arlington Heights Road. He was released and assigned a court date of May 22.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

John Giannakaris, 44, of the 1300 block of S. New Wilke Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of multiple counts of possession of a controlled substance, felony possession of methamphetamine (515 grams), driving on a suspended license, obstructing identification, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 4:57 p.m. April 16, in the 1300 block of S. New Wilke Road. He was released and assigned a court date of April 21.

DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED/REVOKED LICENSE

  • Andrew A. Howard, 30, of Aubrey, Texas, is accused of driving on a suspended license, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 4:15 p.m. April 13, in the 500 block of N. County Farm Road, Wheaton. He was ordered to pay $5,000 at a bond hearing and was assigned a court date of April 14 for the new charge.
  • Arturo Martinez, 48, of the 200 block of Idlewild Avenue, Mundelein, is accused of two counts of driving on a suspended license, leaving the scene of a vehicle damage accident, and was arrested at 5:28 p.m. April 15, in the 1000 block of E. Ironwood. He was released and assigned a court date of April 20.

VIOLATION OF STALKING/NO CONTACT ORDER

Jennifer Wojciechowski, 43, of the 2100 block of S. Tonne Street, Arlington Heights, is accused of violating a stalking/no contact order, and was arrested at 9:08 p.m. April 16, in Arlington Heights. A court date of May 7 was assigned.
