Retail Thefts Reported At Lowes, Ulta: Arlington Heights PD Blotter

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

ARRESTS

IMPROPER USE OF EVIDENCE OF REGISTRATION

Molade Aroworade, 26, is accused of improper use of evidence of registration, and was arrested at 12:25 a.m. July 22, at S. Arlington Heights and E. Algonquin roads. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of Aug. 23 was assigned.

POSSESSION OF CANNABIS

Nathan G. David, 35, is accused of possession of more than 100 grams of cannabis, manufacture/deliver/possess with intent to deliver cannabis, and was arrested at 9:33 p.m. July 17, in the 2200 block of Algonquin Road. Bond was set at $30,000 and a court date of Aug. 8 was assigned.

OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE WITH NO VALID LICENSE

Omar Delacruz, 41, is accused of operating a motor vehicle with no valid license, operating a vehicle with a revoked registration, and was arrested at 8:05 p.m. July 18, at Rand and Frontage roads. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of Aug. 23 was assigned.

VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND

Lavandis K. Hartley, 31, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 7:53 p.m. July 16, at Doubletree Hotel, 70 block of W. Algonquin Road. Bond was set at $500.

RETAIL THEFT

  • Erik R. Kikke, 45, is accused of retail theft, and was arrested at 4:25 p.m. July 20, at Lowes Home Store, 200 block of Sigwalt Street. Bond was set at $100 and a court date of Aug. 17 was assigned.
  • Marita F. Myles, 19, is accused of retail theft, and was arrested at 1 p.m. July 18, at Ulta Beauty, 0-20 W. Rand Road. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of Aug. 19 was assigned.

DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED/REVOKED LICENSE

Javier Lacuzna, 46, is accused of obstructing identification, operation of a vehicle with a suspended registration, driving on a suspended license, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 2:29 a.m. July 22, in the 1400 block of S. Arlington Heights Road. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of Aug. 31 was assigned.

OPERATION OF A VEHICLE WITH A SUSPENDED REGISTRATION

Jayden G. Spencer, 21, is accused of operation of a vehicle with a suspended registration, operating of an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 4:05 p.m. July 18, at Arlington Heights and Hintz roads. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of Aug. 23 was assigned.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Jacob N. Stege, 41, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, driving under the influence of intoxicating compounds, driving under the combined influence of alcohol and other drugs, driving on a revoked license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 4:59 p.m. July 19, at E. Golf and S. Meier roads. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of Aug. 8 was assigned.

ASSAULT

Matthew H. Walsh, 22, is accused of aggravated assault, and was arrested at 9:18 a.m. July 22, at Pawlak Parkway and Happfield Drive. Bond was set at $100 and a court date of Aug. 24 was assigned.
