Rolling Meadows to Host Live 8 Band Concert, Benefits Autism Society

Several student bands and singers from throughout High School District 214 are joining forces on Saturday, March 15, to participate in the 5th annual Live 8 Band Concert at Rolling Meadows High School. The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. in the school theater located at 2901 W. Central Rd. in Rolling Meadows. All proceeds from the Live 8 concert will be donated to the Autism Society of Illinois.

Carve Into Me from John Hersey High School, Pants from Prospect High School, and E-Wing Brass Band from RMHS are just a few of the participating bands. The event is being directed by RMHS seniors Maddie Corradi, Kasey Powers, Mary Collins, Gabe Castro, and Elizabeth Wills. Live8 tickets are $5 and can be purchased at the door.
