Tevin Benson, 33, is accused of driving on a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested May 26 at N. Kennicott Avenue and Palatine Frontage Road. They were released and assigned a court date of June 10.
FIREARM WITHOUT VALID FOID

William G. Blocki, 69, is accused of having a firearm without a valid FOID, and was arrested May 27 at Davis Street and Dryden Avenue. He was released and assigned a court date of July 1.
BATTERY
- Aaron Michael Hall-Williams, 35, is accused of two counts of battery, and was arrested May 24 at Northwest Community Hospital, 800 W. Central Road. He was released and assigned a court date of July 1.
- Roman Timchenko, 62, is accused of battery, and was arrested May 30 at Frontier Park Pool, 1933 N. Kennicott Drive. He was released and assigned a court date of June 24.
POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
Sarah L. Kalbach, 26, is accused of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic syringe/needle, possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested May 26 at W. Palatine Road and N. Kennicott Avenue. She was released and assigned a court date of June 3.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
Michael Kucharczyk, 27, is accused of unlawful use of a weapon, possession of a firearm with a defaced serial number, driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested May 30 in the 1200 block of S. Old Wilke Road. He was released and assigned a court date of June 4.
NO VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
Erbol Musuraliev, 20, is accused of operating a motor vehicle with no valid driver's license, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested May 24 in the 300 block of E. Rand Road. He was released and assigned a court date of June 25.
VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND
- Vincent M. Roche, 31, had an in-state warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested May 30 at Northwest Community Hospital, 800 W. Central Ave.
- William A. Schulze, 48, had an in-state warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested May 28 at Northwest Community Hospital, 800 W. Central Ave.
RETAIL THEFT
Shaun Shaw, 25, is accused of two counts of retail theft at Jewel (440 E. Rand Road) and Ulta Beauty (13 W. Rand Road), and was arrested May 24. A court date of Aug. 6 was assigned.

INCIDENTS
CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
- An employee of A Mother's Touch, 125 N. Dryden Ave., reported that during the overnight hours of May 21, someone had damaged the playground, which included starting a fire inside a slide.
- A resident in the 200 block of S. Princeton Avenue called police to report that during the overnight hours of May 20, someone had cut her string lights, which were attached to her fence.
RETAIL THEFT
An employee of Jewel, 122 N. Vail Ave., reported at 10:50 p.m. May 22, a male stole a pack of cigarettes from behind the service counter. The subject was described as in his late 20s, approximately 5-foot-10 with a thin build, shaved head, wearing a green hooded sweat shirt, khaki shorts, and possibly flip-flops.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO VEHICLE
A resident in the 20 block of S. Vail Avenue called police to report that during the overnight hours of May 25, someone had shattered the front passenger window on his 2021 Kia and damaged the steering column.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO VEHICLE
A citizen reported that between May 23 and May 25, someone had entered their 2017 Jeep and had rummaged through its contents in the 2200 block of S. Goebbert Road.
