Thanksgiving Food Drive to Help Local Families in Need

Help local families enjoy a Happy Thanksgiving by donating to the Thanksgiving food drive to benefit the Village's Emergency Assistance Program.

A Thanksgiving Food Drive to benefit the Village’s Emergency Assistance Program will be held from Monday, Oct. 29 until Thursday, Nov. 15.

The Emergency Assistance Program provides temporary help to Arlington Heights residents and families who are in need of assistance due to the loss of a job or other financial or family crisis.

You can contribute to the Food Drive by donating non-perishable food items to the following Arlington Heights drop-off locations:

The food items needed include canned yams, canned vegetables, canned cranberry sauce, canned gravy, boxes of mashed potatoes, paper napkins, paper towels, paper plates and any other non-perishable food items.
