- Kevin M. Alexander, 32, is accused of operating a motor vehicle with no valid driver's license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 1:30 a.m. Dec. 23, at W. Rand Road and N. Kennicott Avenue. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of Feb. 9 was assigned.
- Jeremy L. Humphries, 22, is accused of driving without a driver's license, and was arrested at 3:55 a.m. Dec. 29, at W. Dundee and N. Wilke roads. Bond was set at $2,500 and court date of Jan. 19 was assigned.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Myagmarsuren Enkht Set Seg, 47, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested at 4:32 p.m. Dec. 28, at Domino's Pizza, 325 E. Rand Road. A court date of Jan. was assigned.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF CANNABIS BY A DRIVER
Emmanuel Garcia Hernandez, 24, is accused of unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver, and was arrested at 6 p.m. Dec. 22, at E. Algonquin Road and S. Tonne Drive. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of Feb. 9 was assigned.
SPEEDING
- Gabriel Garcia, 29, is accused of speeding 35+ mph over the speed limit, and was arrested at 8:20 p.m. Dec. 27, at E. Palatine and N. Schoenbeck roads. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of Jan. 19 was assigned.
- Abigail M. Martin, 21, is accused of speeding 35+ mph over the speed limit, and was arrested at 7:30 a.m. Dec. 26, at Palatine Frontage Road and N. Waterman Avenue. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of Jan. 19 was assigned.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
- Antonio Gonzalez, 27, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level over .08, and was arrested at 4:30 a.m. Dec. 25, at Palatine Road and Windsor Drive. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of Jan. 20 was assigned.
- Hirmiz, Hirmiz, 54, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level over .08, and was arrested at 3:49 a.m. Dec. 24, at Algonquin Road and Kennicott Drive. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Jan. 12 was assigned.
DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED/REVOKED DRIVER'S LICENSE
Jose M. Reyes, 39, is accused of driving with a suspended/revoked driver's license, and was arrested at 8:31 p.m. Dec. 27, at E. Falcon Drive and S. Goebbet Road. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of Jan. 11 was assigned.

INCIDENTS
BURGLARY TO MOTOR VEHICLE
A person reported at 4 p.m. Dec. 20, someone entered their Jeep Cherokee during the overnight hours and removed documents at Wingate Inn, 2100 block of S. Arlington Heights Road. There were no signs of forced entry.
SUSPICIOUS PERSON
A resident in the 1100 block of W. Grenbrier Court called police at 5:29 a.m. Dec. 20, to report someone ringing his doorbell on his Ring camera approximately 30 minutes prior to the call. The complainant was out of town and not expecting anyone. The residence was checked and there were no signs of forced entry. The subject was not located.
IDENTITY THEFT
A W. Berkley Drive resident reported at 12:43 p.m. Dec. 21, a construction company opened a credit card account at Home Depot and Lowes utilizing the complainant’s personal information.
HIT-AND-RUN
- A resident in the 2300 block of S. Goebbert Road reported at 4:19 p.m. Dec. 21, someone's vehicle struck their unoccupied white Hyundai Tucson.
- A person called police at 1:33 p.m. Dec. 24, to report an unknown gray vehicle struck their black Chevrolet Malibu and fled the area at Rand and Arlington Heights roads.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO MOTOR VEHICLE
- A resident in the 2200 block of S. Goebbert Road called police at 7:16 a.m. Dec. 23, to report someone went through their white Toyota Sienna. It is unknown how entry was gained. Nothing appears to be missing.
- A resident of the 1100 block of W. Maude Avenue reported at 10:17 a.m. Dec. 26, someone was seen on video entering the complainant’s vehicle overnight. There were no signs of forced entry and nothing was taken.
- A resident of the 1300 block of N. Chicago Avenue, called police at 2:30 p.m. Dec. 26, to report someone went through the complainant’s vehicle. There were no signs of forced entry and nothing was taken.
RETAIL THEFT
An employee of Jewel, 122 N. Vail Avenue, reported at 11:55 a.m. Dec. 23, someone walked out of the store with a basket full of expensive medication. The offender left the area prior to police arrival.
BURGLARY
An employee of EZ Pawn, 1778 W. Algonquin Road, called police at 7:35 a.m. Dec. 24, to report two unknown men forced entry into the business and stole jewelry and video games.
