Thieves Steal $1.2K At Tobacco Shop: Arlington Heights PD Blotter
The owner said someone shattered a business window to gain access and steal the products.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. - Brynn Eggert, 24, is accused of battery, and was arrested March 31 at Arlington Ale House, 111 W. Campbell St. He was released and assigned a court date of April 17.
- Joseph A. Kunz, 62, is accused of two counts of battery, resisting a peace officer, had two in-state warrants for violation of bail bond, and was arrested April 3 in the 1200 block of E. Fairview. He was released and assigned a court date of April 24.
- Nicole Y. Means, 41, is accused of battery, and was arrested March 31 at Suburban Studios, 2120 S. Arlington Heights. She was released and assigned a court date of May 1.
THEFT
Alexander Kunovszky, 35, is accused of theft of over $500, and was arrested March 30 at Arlington Lakes Golf Club, 1211 S. New Wilke Road. He was released and assigned a court date of April 22.

DRIVING ON SUSPENDED/REVOKED LICENSE
Irvi Urubiel Peralta, 31, is accused of driving on a suspended license, unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver, and was arrested April 2 at W. Kirchoff Road and S. Dwyer Avenue. He was released and assigned a court date of April 17.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
- Antonio R. Valdez, 31, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested March 29 in the 2500 block of N. Walnut Avenue. He was released and assigned a court date of April 24.
- Austin M. Weiss, 29, is accused of DUI alcohol, DUI alcohol with a BAC of .08 or more, and was arrested March 31 at Rand Road and Thomas Avenue. He was released and assigned a court date of April 17.

INCIDENTS
THEFT
A resident in the 200 block of S. Dryden Place reported that between March 28 and March 29, someone stole a package that was delivered to his front door.
THEFT OF SERVICE
An employee at Mago Grill, 115 W. Campbell St., called police at 11:45 p.m. March 29, to report two patrons ran out on a $77.29 bill. The first was described as a white male, approximately 50 years old, wearing a blue button down shirt, who spoke with a European accent. The second was described as a white female, wearing a purple long sleeve shirt and blue jeans.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO VEHICLE
A complainant reported at 5:03 a.m. March 31, someone had damaged the windshield of his white Dodge Durango with a rock at Days Inn, 1415 W. Dundee Road.
STOLEN MOTOR VEHICLE
A complainant reported that between 3 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. March 31, someone stole her black Infiniti from a parking lot in the 700 block of E. Falcon Drive.
BURGLARY TO MOTOR VEHICLE
A resident in the 300 block of N. Kaspar Avenue called police to report that between March 30 and March 31, someone entered her white Nissan Sentra and stole personal belongings.

The owner of Fair Price Tobacco, 39 W. Golf Road, reported at 10:30 p.m. March 31, someone shattered a business window, gained entry and stole approximately $1,200 worth of products.
