Arlington Heights' Businesses Among Fastest Growing Companies in the U.S.

Two businesses in Arlington Heights are a part of Inc. Magaiznes' 5000 fastest growing companies. 

Paylocity, a comapny that offers payroll and human resoruces services to companies across the United States, is ranked #2001 on the list.

The company's client staff levels range from one to more than 1,000 employees

Located at 3850 North Wilke Road in Arlington Heights, Paylocity has 414 employees and had $46.5 million in revenue in 2011. 

Founded in 1997, Paylocity has doubled their revenue and staff between 2008 to 2011.

Aurico, a company that provides background screening, drug screening, selection assessments and human resources related tools, finds themselves ranked at #3822 on Inc.'s list. 

Between 2008 and 2011, Aurico has increased revenue from $6.9 million to $9.3 million, a 42 percent growth.

The company, located at 116 W. Eastman Street in Arlington Heights, was founded in 1991 and has 62 employees. In the previous three years, Aurico added 14 jobs.
