Warrant Arrest Made At T-Mobile Store: Arlington Heights PD Blotter
The 22-year-old had an in-state warrant for violation of bail bond, according to police.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND

- Nathaniel M. Fletcher, 22, had an in-state warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 9:49 p.m. Sept. 27, at T-Mobile, 1100 W. Golf Road, Rolling Meadows. Bond was set at $5,000.
- Keith A. Lang, 54, had an in-state warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 8:25 a.m. Sept. 27, at Algonquin and Golf roads. Bond was set at $10,000.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
- Eva Gibson, 39, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of drugs, driving under the influence of a compound of alcohol and drugs, operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving 15-20 mph over the speed limit, and was arrested at 1:36 a.m. Sept. 28, at Arlington Heights Road and E. Rockwell Street. She was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 2.
- James M. Rabey, 28, is accused of DUI alcohol, DUI with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, and was arrested at 1:45 a.m. Sept. 22, at S. Arlington Heights Road and S. Noyes Street. He was released and was assigned a court date of Nov. 2.
DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED LICENSE

Adevies T. Lane, 39, is accused of driving on a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, speeding 35+ mph over the speed limit, and was arrested at 3:44 a.m. Sept. 24, at Rand Road and Chestnut Avenue. Lane was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 16.
THEFT
Lukasz A. Wojewoda, 37, is accused of theft over $500, and was arrested at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 28, at the Lincolnwood Police Department. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of Oct. 2 was assigned.
