Warrant Arrest Made At T-Mobile Store: Arlington Heights PD Blotter

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

ARRESTS

VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND

• Nathaniel M. Fletcher, 22, had an in-state warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 9:49 p.m. Sept. 27, at T-Mobile, 1100 W. Golf Road, Rolling Meadows. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Keith A. Lang, 54, had an in-state warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 8:25 a.m. Sept. 27, at Algonquin and Golf roads. Bond was set at $10,000.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Eva Gibson, 39, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of drugs, driving under the influence of a compound of alcohol and drugs, operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving 15-20 mph over the speed limit, and was arrested at 1:36 a.m. Sept. 28, at Arlington Heights Road and E. Rockwell Street. She was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 2.
• James M. Rabey, 28, is accused of DUI alcohol, DUI with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, and was arrested at 1:45 a.m. Sept. 22, at S. Arlington Heights Road and S. Noyes Street. He was released and was assigned a court date of Nov. 2.

DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED LICENSE

Adevies T. Lane, 39, is accused of driving on a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, speeding 35+ mph over the speed limit, and was arrested at 3:44 a.m. Sept. 24, at Rand Road and Chestnut Avenue. Lane was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 16.

THEFT

Lukasz A. Wojewoda, 37, is accused of theft over $500, and was arrested at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 28, at the Lincolnwood Police Department. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of Oct. 2 was assigned.
