Woman Nabbed For Violating Stalking Order: Arlington Heights PD Blotter
The 43-year-old Arlington Heights resident had been given a no contact order, according to police.

Natalie D. Heins, 43, of the 1500 block of Raleigh Court, Arlington Heights, is accused of violating a stalking/no contact order, and was arrested at 9:10 p.m. Aug. 10, in the 1500 block of Raleigh Court, Arlington Heights. A court date of Sept. 3 was assigned.

- Ivan Stefanov Ivanov, 38, of Woodbridge, Virginia, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 2:16 a.m. Aug. 9, in the 2400 block of S. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 18.
- John T. O'Brien, 26, of the 10000 block of S. Kostner Avenue, Oak Lawn, is accused of DUI alcohol, DUI alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, and was arrested at 6:21 p.m. Aug. 10, in the 100 block of E. Algonquin Road, Arlington Heights. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 25.
- Usamae D. Villarino, 29, of the 8800 block of N. Oketo Avneue, Morton Grove, is accused of DUI alcohol, DUI alcohol with a BAC level of .08 or more, and was arrested at 4:40 a.m. Aug. 9, at E. Palatine and N. Schoenbeck roads. She was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 25.
PROBATION VIOLATION
Kevin C. Okwuosa, 21, of the 1100 block of E. Northwest Highway, Palatine, had a warrant for a probation violation, and was arrested at 2:45 p.m. Aug. 11.
VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND
- Candis Y. Stewart, 45, of the 1900 block of S. 51st Avenue, Cicero, is accused of retail theft, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 2:21 p.m. Aug. 14, in the 1300 block of W. Dundee Road, Buffalo Grove. She was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 19.
- Kelvin M. Twine, 27, of Arlington Heights, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 8:11 p.m. Aug. 9, in the 800 block of W. Central Road.

INCIDENTS
THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE
A citizen reported that between 11:50 a.m. and 1:10 p.m. Aug. 5, someone had stolen a metal cargo basket that was attached to the rear of her black Dodge in the 30 block of S. Evergreen Avenue.
THEFT OF MOTOR VEHICLE PARTS
A citizen called police to report that between Aug. 3 and Aug. 6, someone had stolen two side panels from his semi-truck, which had been located in the parking lot at LoDan Electronics, 3311 N. Kennicott Ave.
BURGLARY
An employee at Silvia's Amling's Flowers, 1820 N. Arlington Heights Road, reported at 12:02 a.m. Aug. 7, someone had entered the business and stole a decorative ball used in floral arrangements. The person was described as a white male, in his 30s, medium build, curly dark brown hair, wearing a tan-hooded sweatshirt, white pants and gym shoes.
THEFT
A citizen reported that between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Aug. 8, someone had stolen the rear tire from his black Trek Bicycle while it was at the south bike rack at the Metra station, 45 W. Northwest Highway.
