Woman Steals Jewelry From Kohl's: Arlington Heights PD Blotter
An employee told police she left the scene in a light-colored SUV.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. David L. Duggan, 50, of the 3000 block of S. Woods Avenue, McHenry, is accused of theft of over $300, and was arrested at 7:05 p.m. Sept. 30, at the Waukegan Police Department. A court date of Oct. 9 was assigned.
BATTERY

Ashour F. Ishaya, 50, homeless, is accused of battery, and was arrested at 6:10 p.m. Sept. 26, in the 0-10 block of E. Northwest Highway. He was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 5.
RETAIL THEFT
Senora Christina Williams, 40, of the 0-10 block of Strathmore Court, Buffalo Grove, is accused of retail theft, and was arrested at 7:37 p.m. Oct. 1, at the Arlington Heights police station. She was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 22.

INCIDENTS
THEFT
- A resident in the 900 block of W. Rand Road reported that between 10:40 a.m. and 11:50 a.m. Sept. 22, someone had stolen a package from the lobby which contained clothing items from Zara.
- A resident in the 700 block of Rand Road called police at noon Sept. 22, to report a package delivered by Amazon containing a water bottle had been stolen from near the mailboxes.
- A citizen reported at 1:24 p.m. Sept. 27, someone had stolen his cell phone from the public charging area at the Arlington Heights library, 500 N. Dunton Ave. The person was described as Hispanic and in their 20s.
THEFT OF MOTOR VEHICLE PARTS
A citizen reported at 3:45 a.m. Sept. 24, someone had stolen the catalytic converter off a black Mitsubishi parked in the 20 block of E. Palatine Road. The person had driven off in a white Acura.
RETAIL THEFT
An employee at Kohl's, 800 W. Dundee Road, reported at 9:50 a.m. Sept. 26, a woman had stolen $158 worth of jewelry. The woman was described as white, between the ages of 60 and 70, with red hair, wearing a gray sweatshirt, navy shirt with a multicolored flora print, blue Capris, black sandals, and carrying a white purse. She left the scene in a light-colored SUV.
