AURORA, IL — Four new businesses are coming to Fox Valley Mall, home to staples including JCPenney, Macy's and H&M. Six other shops, including boutiques and restaurants, have also recently ushered in customers for the first time at the Aurora mall.

Mall executives announced the new tenants Monday, and they include a mix of boutiques, eateries and a dance academy. The businesses, located in the mall at 195 Fox Valley Court, are expected to open in February and March.

Calla Lily + CL Kids, offering cosmetics, salon-style products and home goods for children and adults, is expected to open on the upper level near Macy's in February. That same month, New Drip Boutique — selling women's clothes — will be located on the lower level near JCPenney. La Catrina Michoacana, which will be a one-stop shop for ice cream, lemonade, horchata and specialty drinks, will begin welcoming customers at its upper-level shop near the mall's elevators in February.

Additionally, in March, Dream Academy of Dance Arts will open to offer classes for several varieties of dance, including ballet, contemporary, modern and jazz, as well as karate. The studio will be located on the lower level near Entrance 3.

"Among these local tenants are both startups and established businesses," Scott Samson, senior general manager for the shopping center, said in a news release, "some making their first foray into a brick-and-mortar environment, something which will give these community-minded businesspeople an opportunity to forge deeper relationships with their local customers and shoppers the opportunity to buy local, an important and sweeping trend across the nation."
