Chicago Farmer, also known as singer-songwriter Cody Diekhoff, pulls inspiration from John Prine along with the spirit of Americana and the Midwest. His uplifting, introspective melodies have a multi-generational appeal to them, organizers said in a news release. The Fieldnotes is his touring band.

The Music of Laurel Canyon will perform songs by The Byrds, Joni Mitchell, Jackson Brown, Neil Young and Carol King, among others. The group comprises regional rockers Andon Davis, Dave Nelson, Nora O'Connor, Gerald Dowd, John Pirruccello, Allegra Malone, John Abbey and Dan Ingenthron.

"Our birthday shows are a way to recognize all who have helped the success of The Venue," Scott Tipping, creative director of The Venue, said in a statement. "They are a thank you to our community and patrons who help support what we do."

General admission tickets to both shows cost $25 plus fees when purchased in advance. Prices increase by $5 at the door.

Concertgoers are encouraged to bring chairs, blankets and snacks. Alcoholic beverages will be for sale at the concessions stand and are not otherwise allowed to be brought into the park. Touche French Creole will be on site selling food for the June 26 show.
