AURORA, IL — The leaves are changing, and the air is crisper — that means Halloween is creeping in.
The spooky holiday falls on a Saturday this year, and the City of Aurora set its recommended trick-or-treating hours for 3-7 p.m. Oct. 31.
Families will have another opportunity to trick-or-treat at the city's annual event Oct. 30 at Wilder Park. From 3-5 p.m., kids can collect free candy from more than 20 city departments and also participate in giveaways.
