AURORA, IL — First Fridays on June 2 will feature an Andy Warhol-inspired art exhibit to commemorate Pride month, celebrating each June.

The works of a variety of local artists will be highlighted at the show, titled "Pop!," taking place at Aurora Public Art, located at The DLP on East Downer Place. Carl King and The Kingdom will perform live funk and soul music from 6-9 p.m.

It wouldn't be a First Fridays celebration without some food trucks parked at Water Street Square, 65 S. Water St. This month, Strawberries BBQ, Harvey’s Fire Box, Home Run Hot Dogs and Lemonade, and Polly Ann Cakes will be featured.
