Aurora Church To Host 2nd Annual Trunk-Or-Treat
Guests are encouraged to the Sunday afternoon event dressed up in their favorite costumes.
AURORA, IL — After a successful inaugural event in 2021, New England Congregational Church will host its second trunk-or-treat Oct. 30.
The event happening on the eve of Halloween will begin at 11:30 a.m. — and last until noon — in the parking lot of the church, 406 W. Galena Boulevard in Aurora.
As part of trunk-or-treat, church congregants will decorate their trunks and hand out candy. Organizers are encouraging participants, both adults and children, to wear their favorite costumes to the event.

Awards will be presented for best-decorated trunk and best costume.
"Last year was a big hit; let's make this year even better," Rev. Brandon Perrine said in a statement.

Admission and parking are free, and the public is welcome to attend.
