Aurora Gang Member Sold Cocaine, Semiautomatic Rifle To Informant
The street gang member pleaded guilty to selling an ounce of cocaine and a semiautomatic rifle to an informant.

AURORA, IL -- An Aurora street gang member pleaded guilty on Friday for unlawfully selling drugs and guns, according to a Kane County State's Attorney press release. He sold one ounce of cocaine and a semiautomatic rifle to a police information.
Caleb A. Frazier, 25, of the 200 block of Forest Avenue, agreed on Friday to his sentence of 10 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections. He pleaded guilty to four counts, including unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and and unlawful delivery of a firearm.
"Kane County prosecutors presented evidence that on Feb. 3, 2015, Frazier sold one ounce of cocaine to a confidential police informant. On Feb. 17, 2017, Frazier sold a Yugo 7.62mm semiautomatic rifle to the same informant. Frazier was a member of an Aurora street gang at the time," the press release said.

On Aug. 10, 2016, after fleeing from police who were attempting to serve a warrant for his arrest, he was taken into custody. The escape attempt cost him another charge in his conviction: aggravated fleeing and eluding. He has been held at the Kane County jail since the arrest.
He was also charged with unlawful possession of a firearm by a gang member.

He is being credited for 294 days of his sentence.
