Aurora Man, 21, Charged With 21 Counts Of Child Pornography: Mosser
A Kane County judge ordered the 21-year-old to be on electronic home monitoring while his criminal case is pending.

AURORA, IL — A 21-year-old Aurora man is accused of possessing and disseminating child pornography videos and images, officials said Thursday.
Erick Nunez, of the 700 block of Hammond Avenue, was charged with 21 counts of child pornography — 11 of them being Class X felonies, the highest-ranking offense that carries a prison sentence of 6-30 years, and 10 of them being Class 2 felonies, which carry a sentencing range of 3-7 years.
The Aurora Police Department helmed the investigation to present findings to State Attorney Jamie Mosser, who alleges before May 22, Nunez disseminated and possessed multiple child pornography videos and images.

Kane County Judge Salvatore LoPiccolo ordered the 21-year-old to be on electronic home monitoring while his criminal case is pending.
Nunez's next court appearance is set for Dec. 20 at the Kane County Judicial Center.
