Aurora Man Killed, 3 People Shot on Joliet's East Side
A 24-year-old Aurora man who died Saturday morning was one of four people shot on Joliet's Parkwood Drive, according to city officials.
AURORA, IL — A man from Aurora was killed early Saturday morning in Joliet, according to the Will County Coroner’s Office. Treshon Holland, 24, was one of four people shot just after 12:45 a.m. Saturday, according to the Joliet Fire Department. He was pronounced dead at 5:19 a.m. Saturday at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox, the coroner’s office said in a news release.
The Joliet Fire Department transported two victims to AMITA Health St. Joesph Medical Center in Joliet. A 17-year-old male is in good condition and a 23-year-old man is in fair condition at the Joliet hospital, according to a release from the department.
A fourth victim was taken to Silver Cross in a private vehicle before fire crews arrived at the scene in the 1100 block of Parkwood Drive in Joliet, the release states.

The Will County Sheriff's Office issued a warrant for Holland's arrest March 2 after he failed to appear for a court proceeding.
Holland pleaded guilty Jan. 28 to three felonies — unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer, and obstructing justice. He was released Feb. 14 from the Will County Jail, after serving more than nine months, to attend a drug-treatment program.

Holland was due in court last month to report how his treatment was going, but he did not show up, according to Will County court records.
The Will County Coroner’s Office is set to conduct an autopsy on Holland later today.
