Aurora Man Possessed, Shared Pornography Of Children Under 13: Mosser
A judge ordered the 41-year-old to be released under certain conditions while his trial is pending.

AURORA, IL — An Aurora man, 41, is facing 20 counts related to child sexual abuse material, the Kane County State's Attorney's Office said.
Brendt E. Jimenez was charged with 10 counts of possessing child sexual assault material and 10 counts of disseminating child sexual abuse material.
State's Attorney Jamie Mosser said Brendt E. Jimenez, of the 400 block of High Street, possessed and shared multiple video files depicting victims under the age of 13 on or before July 30.

The allegations resulted in Jimenez being charged with 10 counts each of possessing and disseminating child sexual abuse material.
Jimenez appeared in court Sept. 11 for a pretrial detention hearing, when the judge ordered the man released under certain conditions while his case is pending.
