Aurora Police, Fire Departments to Host 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony This Weekend
The ceremony will commemorate the 15th anniversary of the attacks.
AURORA, IL - The Aurora Police Department and the Aurora Fire Department will host its annual September 11 Remembrance Ceremony this weekend, which will commemorate the 15th Anniversary of the attacks, according to the city of Aurora’s Facebook page.
The ceremony will start at 8:30 a.m. at Aurora Police Department, 1200 Indian Trail in Aurora.
“All community members are invited to join to remember those who lost their lives, those who survived, their friends and families and an entire nation that will #NeverForget,” according to the city’s Facebook page.
