Aurora Police, Sheriff’s Office Conduct Training Off Route 59: PD
If passersby see multiple law enforcement vehicles and personnel Tuesday at Calvary Church, it's because training exercises are ongoing.
AURORA, IL — If passersby notice multiple law enforcement vehicles and personnel off Route 59 Tuesday, there's no cause for concern, according to Aurora police.
Aurora Police Department’s Special Response Team is conducting a joint training with the Kane County Sheriff’s Office at Calvary Church, located off Route 59, near the intersection with Montgomery Road.

“There is no need to be alarmed as there is a large police presence for training in the area,” police wrote in a Facebook post around 8:30 a.m.
