VNA Health Care is a Community Health Center with a network of clinics across the western suburbs of Chicago, including Aurora, Joliet, Elgin, Carol Stream, Wheaton, Bensenville, Romeoville, and Bolingbrook. Our comprehensive health services include basic primary care (preventive and sick care), chronic disease management, and community health care, and we care for children, adults, and seniors. Morning, daytime, evening, and weekend appointments are available, and VNA participates in Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, private insurance plans, and a discounted sliding fee scale for those without insurance.
