AURORA, IL — An Aurora couple is facing charges of sexually exploiting a toddler, the Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office said Thursday.

Sergio Campos and Daisy Salinas were charged with four counts each of sexual exploitation of a child under 13. Campos was also charged with misdemeanor obscenity.

Prosecutors said that on May 7, a woman reported to Aurora police that Campos sent her a video showing he and his girlfriend, Salinas, “engaging in sexual acts in the presence of a toddler-aged child,” officials said in a news release. The reporting woman met Campos on a dating app, and he sent her the video on a social media platform.
