Notice is hereby given by the Board of Education of East Aurora School District 131 in the County of Kane, State of Illinois, of an E-Learning Plan according to Section 10‐20.56 of the School Code [105 ILCS 5/10‐20.56].

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN HEREBY, that a public hearing on the E-Learning Plan will be held at 7:00 p.m. on the 30th day of August 2021, in the Board Room of the East Aurora School District 131 Administrative Center, 310 Seminary Avenue, Aurora, Illinois.

The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comment on the proposed E-Learning Plan, which, if approved, will permit students’ instruction to be provided electronically in lieu of being present in the school buildings, while not utilizing the district’s scheduled emergency days. Public comment can be emailed to lmorales@d131.org by noon on August 30, 2021. The E-Learning Plan is permitted under section 10‐20.56 of the School Code [105 ILCS 5/10‐20.56].
