Join us every Wednesday, from Aug. 24 through Nov. 2, from 10 a.m. to noon as we harvest seed. Forest Preserve District Natural Resources staff will give you lessons and the tools needed to help with our weekly harvests.

These fun and rewarding activities are great for team-building events, exercise, volunteer hours, and for spending time in nature.

We’ll visit a different forest preserve each week. Locations will be posted on the forst preserve district's Facebook page. Harvests are weather dependent.
