Fundraiser for Aurora Police Sergeant Battling Breast Cancer

An Aurora Police Department Sergeant who is currently going through chemo and radiation to combat her breast cancer will have a fundraiser Sunday, June 5.

Liz Robinson-Chan is unable to work while fighting her cancer. She also have a two-year-old daughter she is caring for.

From 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday, June 5, a “Fight Strong Liz” fundraiser will be held at Mike and Denise’s Pizza and Pub, located at 1760 N. Farnsworth. It will feature lots of raffles, sports memorabilia, pizza and more.

Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door.
