Man Faces Attempted Murder Charge After Aurora New Year's Party
Milwaukee resident Cameron J. Sebastion fired multiple shots, hitting one person Jan. 1, according to Kane County prosecutors.

AURORA, IL — A Milwaukee man is facing attempted first-degree murder charges after attending a New Year's Day party on Huntington Drive in Aurora, the Kane County State's Attorney's Office announced Wednesday.
Cameron J. Sebastion, of the 1200 block of South 15th Place, fired multiple shots from a handgun at three people, hitting one of them in the arm while at the party in the 800 block of Huntington Drive, according to Kane County prosecutors.
The 23-year-old has been charged with attempted first-degree murder, aggravated battery with a firearm and aggravated discharge of a firearm.

Sebastion appeared at bond court Tuesday, where Judge Julia Yetter set his bail at $1 million, with 10 percent to apply. His next court date is set for 9 a.m. on Jan. 19 at the Kane County Judicial Center.
