Masked Robbers Raid Jewelry Store In Aurora: Cops
Three masked men came into the store, smashed display cases, and stole jewelry items.

AURORA, IL --- Aurora police are investigating an incident in which three men came into a jewelry store, smashed display cases, and grabbed multiple pieces of jewelry. The robbery happened on the evening of Dec. 21 at the Jared's Jewelers store located in the 1000 block of Route 59.
Police say the three masked suspects came into the store just after 7:30 p.m. and announced that they were there to commit a robbery. One suspect was acting as a lookout while the two other suspect shattered two glass cases and stole the jewelry.
The suspects all fled on foot, heading westbound. Police do not currently have detailed descriptions of the suspects or of the dollar amount of the items stolen.
