Naperville Man Charged with 2013 Sexual Assault in Aurora

AURORA, IL — A 37-year-old Naperville man has been charged in connection with a 2013 sexual assault that occurred on the City’s Far East side.

Damien R. Dickens, of the 100 block of Testa Dr. in Naperville, was charged with aggravated criminal sexual assault, criminal sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual abuse and sexual abuse in connection with the alleged attack that occurred in a vacant town home in the 900 block of Windemere Court in Aurora.

Investigators say that, in the early morning hours of June 24, 2013, Dickens allegedly attacked a 24-year-old woman who worked as a masseuse for an internet-based company. He apparently supplied fictitious information in order to lure the victim to the town home.

She was treated at an Aurora hospital for injuries she sustained in the attack.

Dickens was taken into custody at around 9:30 p.m., June 14, at his home. He is currently being held in lieu of $750,000 bond in the DuPage County Correctional Center in Wheaton.
