New Resource & Referral Center at Presence Mercy Medical Center

Addresses Behavioral Health and Related Needs by Connecting Patients to Available Resources

The Behavioral Health Services Department at Presence Mercy Medical Center has introduced a new resource and referral center that will help connect members of our community with valuable behavioral health and related services.

Beginning on August 6, 2018, qualified behavioral health professionals began staffing the new resource and referral center five days a week, Monday through Friday, from 7:30am until 11:30pm. Callers with behavioral health needs will be able to contact the center, speak to a staff member and be directed to the appropriate community resources. According to Presence Mercy Medical Center Behavioral Health Manager Lisa Raciak, “There are countless community resources available that people don’t even realize exist. Our goal for the resource and referral center is to serve as a connection between callers and the services that are available to address their needs.”

If you or someone you know has unmet needs regarding behavioral health or related issues, you are encouraged to call the Presence Mercy Medical Center Resource and Referral Center at 844.569.5200. Please note that this center is not intended to replace the advice of a physician. If you are experiencing a behavioral health crisis, please contact your physician or call 911.
