Next Phase of Eola Road Construction Begins Wednesday

AURORA, IL — The next phase of Eola Road construction begins Wednesday when traffic is shifted to the new outside lanes on Eola between 83rd St. (Montgomery Rd.) and 87th St. (Keating Rd.)

As a result of the switch, a continuous traffic barrier will be installed along the inside of each lane which will restrict local traffic to allow for right turns only from Montgomery to Keating. This will affect access to adjacent neighborhoods so local traffic will need to utilize alternate routes to access their driveways.

This stage of construction is expected to last approximately two weeks.
