AURORA, IL — A car crashed into a tree and fire hydrant in the 2000 block of Fox Tail Lane Wednesday after failing to stop when Aurora patrol officers attempted to pull the driver over near the intersection of Ogden Avenue and Montgomery Road, police said.
Officers pursued the car when the driver didn't stop, and the crash happened "a short time later," according to police.
Three people were taken into custody and several firearms were recovered, police said on Facebook Friday afternoon. Police said they're still searching for one of the suspects, though there is no ongoing public safety concern to the community.
