AURORA, IL — There's no way around the fact that Feb. 15 is going to be hard for Aurorans as a whole. The date will mark one year since a gunman opened fire at Henry Pratt Manufacturing, killing five people who were in a work meeting and injuring several Aurora police officers.

In the aftermath of the shooting, the rallying cry #AuroraStrong swelled in popularity, giving a light of hope to a community whose hearts had been shattered.

To commemorate the one-year anniversary of the Henry Pratt shooting, we want to hear from Aurora residents. If you're interested in telling your story about Feb. 15, 2019, or sharing your thoughts, we want to hear them.
