'Something Witchy' This Way Comes For Aurora First Fridays
The monthly even will feature live jazz, tarot card readings, wand making, and more.
AURORA, IL — Fall has begun, and with it comes a slew of witchy delights at the upcoming Aurora First Fridays on Oct. 4. The event will feature tarot card readings, live jazz, a wand making workshop and other Halloween-inspired arts and crafts.
Here's a look at some of the happenings you can look forward to in downtown Aurora at First Fridays.
Visitors can catch "Something Witchy," a popup art show at Arcana Studios. The witch-inspired art show will feature $20 tarot card readings from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. I of the Angeles will offer $10 tarot readings as well on First Fridays in October.

To keep in the spooky spirit, head to Two Brothers Roundhouse for a drink and catch "It Came From the Art Bar: The B-Horror Show," the brainchild of Aurora-area artists.
To unlock your own inner witch or wizard, head to The Cotton Seed Creative Exchange for a "Spectacular Spellbound Soiree" that includes a chance to craft your own magic wand.

Throughout the event, you can snack on bites from food trucks that include Burritoville, Red Hot Chicago, Z's Sandwiches, and Harvey's Fire Box. The food trucks will be posted up at Water Street Square from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Amy Morton's Island Social will also host a sneak peek night, complete with hors d'oeuvres and job opportunities for when the restaurant opens its doors officially.
