Stolp Island Block Party Joins August First Fridays Slate Of Events In Aurora
From museums and restaurant deals to shopping and family activities, the August First Fridays lineup is packed.
AURORA, IL — The popular Stolp Island Block Party will overlap this week with August First Fridays in downtown Aurora.
The block party will bring fill Stolp Avenue between Downer Place and Galena Boulevard with music, food, art vendors and community from 5-9 p.m.
For First Fridays, restaurants, museums, shops and other downtown businesses are planning specials and activities.

Aurora Downtown is the host of the block party and First Fridays, to which admission is free. The nonprofit works to promote, revitalize and enhance the downtown district.
