The creek where the garbage was dumped feeds into the Rob Roy Creek, which flows into the Fox River.

Kendall County Sheriff’s Office Community Policing Deputies began an investigation into the matter. During the investigation, it was reported that more household garbage, including pieces of mail, had been dumped in the same creek, police said.

Brock was given a July 14 court date for the incident.

During this investigation, Community Policing Deputies worked with members of the Bristol Township Highway Department, Illinois Environmental Protection Agency and Kendall County Building and Zoning Department in order to resolve the problem.
