Biltmore Country Club is proud to announce the addition of Susan Avello as Director of Marketing and Membership.

As newly appointed Director of Membership Marketing Susan brings a new approach and perspective. Using her background in sales, marketing and extensive knowledge of digital and social media, Susan founded her own Social Media and Online Branding Company “Social Buzz Concepts.” Through this business, Susan helped business owners create their personal and company brand and showcase it through effective social media strategies. Her business continued on a part-time basis even after joining the Biltmore in 2013 as a server.

Susan has been in membership sales and marketing not only with her own business but has had the honor of working with such organizations as AAA Motor Club, Rotary Clubs International and Aging Info USA.

As a native southerner, Susan originally comes to us from Alabama and has lived in the area for six years with her husband Nick and their two dogs. She is a writer, singer, avid Bears fan and loves meeting new people.

Let’s make sure to make Susan feel welcome in her newly appointed position. We look forward to having her as part of our administrative team and anticipate great strides in her efforts in club membership retention, addition of new members and overall club satisfaction.
