Wine Dinner,” enjoy not one, not two, but five fine Italian courses paired with
variations of Cabernet that enhance each perfectly paired plate for just 75
dollars per person (tax and gratuity not included). Enjoy delicate sips of
radiant reds including Woodward Canyon
(Walla Walla), paired with the Pappardelle Verdi al Ragu di
Cinghiale- a spinach pappardelle with wild boar ragu and ricotta dolce,
and the Fischer Coach "Mountain Estate” (Napa) accompanied by the Scamone di Manzo con
Gremolata- a roasted flat iron steak with citrus gremolata,
roasted artichokes and potatoes.
