Barrington, IL, April 6th, 2014 – Barrington Dance Academy (BDA) was pleased to host a Jazz Dance workshop at the Academy’s studio in the Foundry Center of Barrington on April 6th. Chicago Repertory Ballet (CRB) Artistic Director, Wade Schaaf, and Artistic Associate, Danielle Scanlon, led 30 BDA dancers in Jazz Technique and Repertory. The dancers enjoyed learning and performing CRB’s vivid, athletic choreography. The workshop was a fundraiser for Chicago Repertory Ballet’s upcoming production The Four Seasons and Other Works, to be held May 9, 10 and 11 at the Biograph Theater.
