A second employee faces charges after nude resident recordings were allegedly shared among staff.

SOUTH BARRINGTON, IL — A lawsuit has been filed against Encore Memory Care in South Barrington after employees allegedly recorded and shared videos of nude residents, according to the Daily Herald.

The lawsuit was filed Wednesday on behalf of Kristen Fisher, whose late husband, 73-year-old Bernard “Skip” Fisher, was allegedly filmed naked while lying in bed, the Daily Herald is reporting.
