Police Blotter: Burglary at Hager's, Original Dog Tracks

Burglary
A burglary was reported at Original Dog Tracks, 100 Lageschulte Street on March 3. Nothing was taken but a door lock was damaged.
Another burglary was reported at Hager’s Nursery, 344 West Main Street on March 3. Forced entry was made through a glass pane of the locked front door. $15 was taken.

Car Burglary
A burglary to a vehicle was reported in the 800 block of Concord Lane on Feb. 28.

Theft
Demetrious Walker, 34, of Country Club Hills, was arrested for theft at Route 68 and Hillshire on Feb. 29. He was released and given a Cook County court date of March 30.
Fraud
A resident of a foreclosed townhome in the 600 block of North Hough Street reportedly fraudulently accepted a security deposit and first month rent for his townhome totaling more than $1,000.
DUI
Jose Lopez-Correa, 36, of Chicago, was arrested for DUI, improper lane usage and no valid driver’s license on Feb. 26 at Route 14 and Ela Road. He was released on bond and given a Cook County court date of March 19.
Victor M. Sanchez-Garcia, 25, of Aurora, was arrested for felony DUI, no valid driver’s license, disobeying traffic control device, improper lane usage and no insurance on March 3. It happened at Route 68 and Barrington Road. He was transported to Cook County bond call and was issued a $75,000 bond.
