Police Blotter: Drunk Driving and Possible Snow Plow Damage

Damage to Property: 

On Feb. 11, a damaged phone box was reported on the 600 block of New Bridge Court.  The reporting person said they believe a snow plow may have damaged  the box when plowing during the storm. 

Drunk Driving: 

James P. Thennisch, 24, of the 500 block fo Shorely Dr., was arrested on Jan. 8 for driving under the influence of alcohol. He was also cited for improper turn at an intersection and failure to signal. 

Barrington police arrested Dirk Gregory Pearson, 25, of South Barrington on Jan. 29. Pearson is facing drunk driving charges, and was issued a ticket for speeding. 

David P. Adams, 51, of the 1000 block of S. Summit St., was arrested on Feb. 13 for driving under the influence of alcohol. He was also cited for driving 15-20 miles per hour over the speed limit.
