SCORE Chicago Seminars Highlight Entrepreneurship Month
Lunch & Learn Series at the Microsoft Store/Woodfield Mall will host experts on subjects important to community business owners
Community business owners and entrepreneurs are encouraged to learn new skills to help grow their businesses at the February Lunch & Learn free workshop series being hosted at the Microsoft Store at Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg. Guest presenters will include experienced business professionals and mentors from Score Chicago.

“Subjects cover things every business person needs to know, from How to Choose and Buy the Right Franchise, to Creating Your Value Statement/Elevator Speech to Email Marketing Tutorial and much more,” Brkich added.
“Our workshops are always free and open to the public. We can also work one-on-one with businesses to help evaluate their technology needs and develop a technology roadmap to help them realize their full potential.”

Wednesday, February 21: Creating Your Value Statement/Elevator Speech: Be Prepared for Opportunity, presented by John Fisher, President and Founder of Rethinking IT and a SCORE Chicago mentor. Attendees will work on their speech in class and delivering it for feedback.

Friday, February 23: Email Marketing: Practical Tutorial for Beginners and Intermediates, presented by Norbert Barszczewski, President of JP NetQuest, Inc. who is a Florida State University Certified Webmaster and serves the local business community. He is a frequent educator presenter at SCORE Chicago seminars.
