23-Year-Old Charged as Adult Permitting a Minor to Drink
The following information was supplied by the Batavia Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Batavia police arrested five people, including two adults, as a result of an incident reported around 4:34 p.m. June 4 in the 2300 block of Collins Court, Batavia police reports said.
Arrested were:
- Jimmy L. Nakashian, 23 of Batavia on charges of unlawfully permitting a minor to become intoxicated. He posted 10 percent of $1,500 bond.
- Alisa M. Bogdan, 18, of Batavia on charges of violating local ordinance for unlawful consumption of alcoholic liquor by a minor.
- Ivy J. Sternberg, 17, of Batavia on charges of violating local ordinance for unlawful consumption of alcoholic liquor by a minor.
- Tearus J. Lesure, 20, of St. Charles on charges of obstructing identification.
- Shan A. Manidani, 21, of Batavia on charges of unlawfully permitting a minor to become intoxicated.
All five have court dates of July 9.
