BATAVIA, IL — Three cars crashed on Randall Road Friday morning after one driver didn't slow down in time for stopped traffic, according to police.
The crash happened at about 7:54 a.m. on South Randall Road near the intersection with Main Street after the male driver of a Cadillac ATS rear-ended a Mitsubishi Outlander. By attempting to avoid hitting the SUV, the Cadillac also rear-ended a Toyota Tacoma, Sergeant Michelle Langston told Patch.
Langston said the Mitsubishi was stopped in the outside lane, with the Toyota in the inside lane, when the Cadillac was driving northbound in the outside lane and hit both.
