St. Charles based Paradise Sales & Marketing donated the proceeds from their “Garage Tool Sample Sale” of new, miscellaneous tools to four area charities. Joining Paradise Sales & Marketing to support this event were Batavia Enterprises, Inc. and OnPath Financial Services.
The “Garage Tool Sample Sale” held at the Cedar Avenue Business Center (CABC), South Dock on June 9 and 10, raised over $6,000 for Special Olympics Illinois, the United Way of Central Kane County, LivingWell Cancer Resource Center and Children’s Oncology Services. Proceeds were shared among the four charities.
Paradise Sales & Marketing sold their large inventory of new tools for the home, yard and construction projects. Paradise Sales, located in the Cedar Avenue Business Center at 1020 Cedar Avenue, St. Charles, is a manufacturer rep firm specializing in hand tools as well as items for the lawn and garden. Their product lines can be found in national retailers throughout the Fox Valley.

According to Bill Ness, owner of Paradise Sales & Marketing, “We were running out of storage space, and decided to host the Garage Tool Sample Sale to benefit these charities that are dedicated to helping those in our community. We were able to make this donation plus our warehouse is cleaned out! We truly appreciate the support we received from our community.”
“It was unbelievable! Paradise Sales hosted one of the best garage sales in the area. All the tools were samples – brand new. Batavia Enterprises and OnPath Financial were proud to support their efforts,” said BEI Property Manager Kristen Johnson.
