Cannabis Tales: 'Look What I Found' in Vacant Apartment

Two marijuana-related reports were filed in local police department blotters this week—including one unusual case of a four bags of marijuana left in a vacant apartment.

Found Property—A maintenance employee found four plastic bags containing suspected cannabis and reported the find to police around 3:18 p.m. April 12 at Lorlyn Apartments, 1000 block of Lorlyn Circle, reports said. “It appears the bags had been in the vacant apartment for a long period of time,” reports said. The material was entered into evidence.

Possession of Cannabis Less Than 31 Grams—Batavia police arrested Brett M. Bullock, 24, of Batavia on charges of possession of cannabis less than 31 grams around 8:40 a.m. April 16 on Blair Street, reports said.
